This guppy is known by many names including White Moscow, Full White , White Platinum, El Blanco, Snow White, or as Petco calls them the Ying Yang.Whatever you call them they are a Solid chalky white guppy with a gold base color which shows on the nose. The color on this guppy is possible due to triple recessive genes that hide red, blue, and black color pigments. Males are always pure white. Females of this strain are a see through transparent color with white to yellowish tails. It is said that this strain was a sport of another strain. Which means that the original strain produced a White Guppy and the breeder kept it and bred for it as a seperate line. We are glad they did as they are one of our favorite strains. Depending on the quality of their food, males will get their white milky body color within two to four months of age.

We only sell males of this strain. Females are extremely rare in the hobby so we hang onto the few we do breed each year.
