Recurring Orders are only done via Credit Card payments. If your first order was paid via PayPal, we will contact you to get your card information via phone.

Do you order the same thing on a regular schedule but don't like the hassle of remembering to place your order? Pritchett's Small Pets offers scheduled recurring orders. You can select to receive orders once a week, once every two weeks or once every 4 weeks. All recurring orders will be scheduled to ship Monday - Wednesdays.

Simply fill out the form below with the order# that you would like to make a recurring order. You will continue to receive your order until it is canceled. These recurring orders will show up in your order online history just as if you had logged in and ordered them yourself, if you have a question please contact us.

It's easy to cancel at anytime. Follow the link to cancel your recurring order. You have the option to cancel the next shipment or permanently cancel your recurring order. Be sure to submit your cancel request at least 48 hours prior to the following monday your order is scheduled to ship. Any cancellation request made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled shipment will be applied to the next shipment.
